Big Kid Winter
As 2024 draws to a close, and work beckons me in the morning, I wanted to post about the fun things I’ve done this month for Big Kid Winter. December 1st heralds the beginning of Whammageddon; a game I thoroughly enjoy but also dislike as Last Christmas is high up on my festive favourites list. Last year I only made it to the fourth of the month (bad, but not as bad as the year I got to 07:12 on 1st December!) so I was hoping for a better innings this time round. I have to admit to not feeling particularly Christmassy this year, so I had planned to do many more clauses than I actually did. Once Christmas was getting near I managed a few. I watched a few Christmas films: Elf, Die Hard (YES, it most definitely is a Christmas film!) both Christmas Chronicles films on Netflix and a few other Netflix offerings (some I’ve definitely seen several times before)and on Christmas Day I even watched the 90’s remake of Miracle on 34th Street.
